WPC15 is a project performance and cost monitoring tool. It allows you to monitor projects from anywhere in the world, get alerts when things go wrong and save time by automating mundane tasks. WPC15 works with any budget or timeframe but we recommend using it for larger projects as its functionality grows with them.
What is WPC15?
WPC15 is a cloud-based service that allows you to securely access your WordPress site from anywhere. It also provides protection against malicious hackers, who can exploit vulnerabilities in your website and cause harm to its users.
You can use WPC15 as an alternative to traditional methods of managing your WordPress site, such as installing plugins or editing files locally on the server. As long as you’re connected to the internet and have an active subscription with WP Engine, you’ll be able to access all of its features through the dashboard.
How does it work?
WPC15 is a project management tool that helps you track and analyze your project’s progress. It’s a cloud-based solution that allows you to manage projects from anywhere, including on the go with its mobile apps.
WPC15 allows you to track and analyze your project’s progress using its live login dashboard. This feature gives users the ability to view all of the tasks assigned to them as well as any other information about their current assignments or previous projects in realtime.

How to use the Live Login Dashboard
The Live Login Dashboard is a great way to check on the status of your projects, as well as see how they’re performing. You can also use it if you want to see how much money is being spent on each project and who has been assigned tasks for each project.
If you have not yet set up the Live Login Dashboard, please follow these steps:
- Go to Settings > Project Management (menu icon) > Live Login Dashboard
- Click Add Project or Edit an existing one in order to create a new one or change an existing one
The Data Sources Tab
The Data Sources tab is where you can add and manage your data sources.
You can add new data sources by clicking on the Add Data Source button in the top right corner of the Live Login Dashboard, or by clicking on the ‘+’ button next to your account name.
Once an item has been added, it will be displayed under the “My Data Sources” section at the bottom left-hand side of your dashboard. If you wish to remove any existing sources from being displayed here then click on “Remove” from that specific list as shown below:
Overlays on the Data Sources Tab
Overlays are a way to see the data in a different way. They allow you to view your data in context, by allowing you to select which variables and metrics would be most useful for each specific situation.
For example, if we wanted to track how many sales were made on each day of the week (and not just month-to-month), we could add an overlay that shows just those variables as well as their values over time. This could help us identify trends in our business that may not have been obvious otherwise!
The Connections Tab
The Connections tab is where you can see all of the connections between your project and other projects. It’s also a good place to check how many connections are in use, and how many are currently active.
To open this section, click on the Connections icon at the top of your Dashboard screen.
Overlays on the Connections Tab
Overlays are a way to see information about a specific project or connect two different projects together. You can use the overlays to help you manage your projects, such as viewing a summary of all of your work, or seeing how many hours each user has worked on their part of the project.
The following types of overlays are available:
- Summary – Shows information about all tasks in one place (for example, how long they’ve been working on them). This is great for seeing how much time has been spent working on individual tasks across multiple projects.
- Time Tracking – Shows which users have worked on which tasks within specific timeframes (for example “the past week”). The timescale can be set on a month/year/quarter/weekday-to-weekday basis depending upon what suits best for you!
- Billing Summary – Shows total billing amounts per client type and date range with breakdown by invoice type
The Tags tab and Customization Features
The Tags tab is where you can add tags to your data. This is useful if you want to create groups of similar types of information, such as all the products in a certain category. You can also use it to filter out unwanted results and see how your data looks by category or time period.
